Click here for details of how to embed a link to the file within an application such as Microsoft Word. Embedding an Assessment within a Microsoft Word Document If you wish to embed a link to the file within an application such as Microsoft Word, then proceed as follows: - Launch Microsoft Word. - Select 'Insert' - 'Object' - Select 'Create from File'. - Use 'Browse' to select your previously created file. - Use the 'Display Link as Icon' option to avoid loss of formatting. Schedules Standard schedules are provided, together with a drop down index, a 'Find' button and a 'Search' button. The 'Find' button only checks the current page and is similar to pressing ctrl-F. The 'Search' button searches the entire database of schedules. For more information please contact Envirohealth on 0118 9212610 .
